The PPPCanvas is a tool that can be used to analyze the business model of a Public Private Partnership, including what value is being delivered, how partners aim to deliver this value and to whom exactly. Based on Alexander Osterwalder original business model canvas, it includes 4 extra fields, that PPPs with a development focus need to consider. We designed a new canvas that can be used online but also as a large format print and and an interactive userguide.
